@michael.moench I agree, that does indeed sound like a bug, possibly from a recent release. Please submit a ticket to our Product Support team with these details.
Hi @michael.moench, thanks for posting in the Lucid Community. I’m sorry for the trouble here and I’m happy to help!
First, would you mind confirming whether the following steps resolve the issue for you?
- Opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.
- Connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)
If those don't resolve the problem, can you please send a temporary Support PIN for this document? This will allow me to take a closer look at the issue you’re experiencing. For more information on generating a Support PIN, check out this Help Center article. This PIN is only accessible by members of our support team, so you can share the PIN directly in this thread.
Hello, I have tried it with a private window, with different browsers (Chrome and Firefox) as well as with and without VPN. But there is no difference, I still have the white space underneath the rotated elements.
I have also created a new document which contains the elements as shown on the screenshot above. The PIN is: du3ZD84phWmBVj117674149
Thank you for attempting those steps and providing your document PIN @michael.moench.
