There isn't a single button or option that will instantly place and format text at both ends of a line
The standard method remains to double-click each end of the line to create and position text boxes manually, as you are already doing.

Hi ​@jbawalan, thank you for your post! As ​@Humas1985 mentioned, this unfortunately is a setting to add text to a line on each end without doing it manually. However, I would like to share the workaround of creating a custom shape and adding it to a custom shape library to help streamline your workflow. I’ve attached a GIF demonstrating this example as well:

Hi ​@Leianne C ! Thank you so much for sharing the work around. This is very helpful. The only issue here is I would still need to double click each end of the line to re-label the text. So It is very similar to manually entering the labels.

Thanks for the response, ​@jbawalan! That is a very good point. This workaround might be helpful if you have a few labels that you frequently use in your diagram - you can create multiple custom line shapes with different pre-entered labels!
