Hi @wgf
Thanks for posting in the community, this is currently a bug in our system and our development team has been notified. I apologize for any disruption this may cause, and I will update this thread with any new information about a fix. Please follow along on this thread for updates, and post any additional questions or concerns below.
I am evaluating during the 7-day free trial and observe the same: Clicking a box, clicking a line, typing a character into existing box leads some lines into nowhere. The workaround is contracting the complete chart and expanding again, this redraws the chart. But I have to do it every 30 seconds for each and every change. It happens in both, Chrome and Firefox.
The tool is cool in general, but this bug is totally annoying and makes the org chart tool unusable! Do you want me to pay money for this? Please fix this asap. I wonder that this bug was not observed during a test phase?
Hi @Christian64625,
Thank you for the reply! Our engineers are prioritizing this issue and currently work on a fix. I apologize for the inconvenience, and will update this thread as soon as it is resolved.
Do you have a timescale on this? I need to be able to finish an org chart for a meeting but cant even rebuild it as its constantly doing this. Looks like it was reported days ago and still not fixed?
@PSI International did you try the workaround I described?
Try going to the headnode of the org chart and from the arrow symbol in the box to collapse and uncollapse the whole tree. This redraws the chart correctly at least for me.
Hi @PSI International,
Thank you for the reply! I unfortunately do not have a timeline on when the fix will be released, but I can tell you that it is being prioritized by our team. I will update this thread as soon as it is resolved. In the meantime @Christian64625 does have a workaround mentioned above that you can utilize. Thank you for sharing that Christian!
Hi everyone,
I have good news! I have heard back from our development team, and the issue has now been resolved. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please let me know if you continue to experience issues or have further questions.
I tested and so far it looks indeed like having been fixed.
Such a relief. Thanks a lot!

Of course @Christian64625! Please let me know if you run into any other issues.
