Hello!

I’ve noticed recently that Azure OpenAI icon from the Azure icon set is not displayed properly when placed in the document:

It’s looking normal in the icon browser though

I’ve also tried to download and import the icon from the Azure portal directly to the custom icons set, but no luck.

This looks like a bug to me.

Hi @Andrii Prokhorov

You may be right - this seems like a bug. I just tested it on my side and I experienced the same issue. While not ideal, and as a temporary workaround, maybe you can export the icon from Azure’s site as a high-resolution PNG and import it into Lucidchart. This will bypass any rendering inconsistencies tied to SVG handling.

@Micah  I’m bringing this to your attention for review please. Could you advise whether this may be a bug? Thanks in advance.

Hi @Andrii Prokhorov, thank you for posting in the Lucid Community, and sorry to hear this is causing issues. Thank you @Ria S for testing this on your and providing a great suggestion of a workaround!

I believe you have identified a bug, and I have reported this to our development team. As the wonderful @Ria S mentioned, while it may not be the ideal experience, a workaround that is functioning well for me is to download the icon from the Azure site as a PNG or SVG and dragging it onto the board.

I apologize for any disruption this may cause, and I will update this thread with any new information about a fix. Please follow along on this thread for updates, and post any additional questions or concerns below.

Hi @Andrii Prokhorov, good news! I have heard back from our development team, and it sounds like the issue you experienced should now be resolved.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please let me know if you continue to experience issues or have further questions.
