​@kevincharter what’s the difference between your role and the role of the people who can see names? I imagine that it went something like this: perhaps someone set it up to show names to editors and to hide it from contributors or viewers for security purposes. That would make the most sense since you mentioned that only a few people could see all of the details. Your level in this project would either need to be reclassified (e.g., to editor) or the security would have to be downgraded so the lower role (e.g., contributors) could view what everyone else is seeing. If this is the case, the only person who can fix it would be the person authorized to fix it, like someone with an administrator role.

P.S. Is this Kevin from Charter? If so, I probably worked with you in the past.

Unfortunately all members of the team are set as edit and share as their permissions on the file so I don’t think that’s it and I am Kevin from Charter but I don’t recall working with you but happy to figure things out!

Thank you for posting in the community, are you utilizing the generic Lucid cards? What integration are you using for the employee list? 

​@Kelsey Gaag I think it was just everyone who had a license at the company, but now everyone can’t see any names at all. Not really sure what’s going on.

Thank you for the reply! Is this only occurring in older boards? If you copy the card to a new board do the assignees show? As a workaround, you can copy and paste or create a copy of the document as this issue is observed in existing boards and not new boards.
