There are many exciting updates here at Lucid since the Lately @ Lucid webinar! Announced on April 3rd, the Agile Accelerator and Cloud Accelerator are now available for Enterprise customers.

These new accelerators come along with changes to our home page and how to navigate to team hubs! We’re making it easier than ever for teams to work together on strategic, cross-functional initiatives with Lucid’s team hubs where users can:

  • File and share documents within their own teams
  • Centralize documentation, workflows, and projects to provide teams with a one-stop-shop for team coordination
  • Pin frequently used documents and team spaces for easy reference
  • Spend more time working collaboratively and less time bringing people up to speed or tracking down documentation

Let’s take a look at some of the changes you may have already noticed when opening Lucid on an Enterprise account.

First, team hubs have moved! We’ve redesigned Lucid’s navigation to make it easier to find and manage your teams. To open a team from the Lucid home page, navigate to your username on the top left of the screen. Click on the AD_4nXdvMam1dJRfCNVn6x7I-BmQjJ8_46J-xTVxPA2KXvB15WE3cPAIWEHlZ3PyZEnZOy58GJZIYGGuPp0PbgDIAa2XUFJCrbdQc8lvEiUdyNucXpUHRxAyLuU4TyfMBNXkxm1kKqR4?key=ZY22kPTh3WZMfCLLDQ-tRZMM arrows to open a dropdown list of teams you’re a part of.

Selecting a team from the dropdown will open the team hub. Scrolling through a long list of teams? Pin teams to the top to quickly navigate to the teams you use the most often!

Another item you may have noticed on the left-hand navigation of the Lucid home page is the new Discover page. The Discover page is a great way to learn about our new accelerators. This page is designed to help you understand what’s included in your plan and explore new product offerings.

Notice that the new Agile Accelerator and Cloud Accelerator are shown on this page, where you can learn more, request the accelerator for your team, or contact sales! Note that this page might look a bit different depending on your subscription level and role.

If your Enterprise account has purchased an accelerator and you’ve been granted access, you will see additional options to navigate to the respective accelerators on the home page. Navigating to these accelerators works the same as navigating into teams!

For example, selecting the Agile Accelerator from the dropdown opens the page below. Switching back to a team or your personal space is as easy as re-selecting the dropdown menu on the left-hand side.

That’s a wrap on the home page changes!

Pulling together the people, processes, and documents you rely on every day, team hubs help you coordinate and align on your work in a collaborative setting, so you can work faster together.

If you haven’t tried working with your team in Lucid, check it out! Here’s a little secret: it’s the only way we work here at Lucid.

We’d love to hear your feedback on these new changes! Create an idea with your thoughts, which will be posted in the Product Feedback section of this community.
