Upgraded the plan and canceled immediately

I activated the LucidChart Individual upgrade in an impression that it will be deducted monthly, however, a whole 1-year amount of $108 got deducted from my card.

I canceled my subscription immediately as I am not looking for a 1- year usage, but only for 1-2 months.

 

Please suggest if I can get my refund back.
