Hello, on May 31 I started the seven-day trial period with Lucidchart in order to take advantage of the full functionality of your platform by entering my card information and choosing a plan (Lucidchart Individual).

However, I forgot to cancel the plan within 7 days and today the charge of €117.12 was activated. I kindly ask you the possibility to cancel the annual plan (I think you can still do it from the personal area) and reverse the billed amount.
