I'd like to get a refund on my annual plan

Today, while reviewing my inbox, I discovered an invoice for a $95.40 subscription that I was unaware of. I believe this charge was either made by mistake or was automatically processed without my consent.

I do not recognize this subscription, and unfortunately, I am not in a position to afford this expense. Therefore, I kindly request a refund for this charge.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.
