I'd like to get a refund on my annual plan

hello there,


id want to cancel my annual plan subscription as i couldn’t cancel my free trail due to insufficient troubleshooting. i also don’t use lucid charts that much and i don’t really need the annual subscription as the free plan is more than enough and very good to work with! in addition to that i cant really afford it and I’m having so much trouble dealing with the big amount of the annual plan payment so i request i refund.

so i would really appreciate it from lucid chart team to help me with my problem.
