Can i refund on my annual plan or make it a monthly plan?

The payment was made for the annual plan because I thought I could cancel it anytime and get a refund for the remaining period. However, I realized it doesn’t allow early termination. The cost is too high for me at the moment, and I only need to use the service for this month. I am wondering if i can get refund or downgrade it a monthly play?
