 signed up for a free trial of the Lucidchart Individual Plan and my credit card was subsequently charged £115 without any email notification. Since then, I have not used the service at all and only realized the charge today. Given that I have not utilized the service after the trial, Can I request a full refund? I believe this is a fair request, considering the circumstances.
