Trying to connect Jira to Lucid and the directions are generic.  I installed the lucid app in Jira.  There is a configure, go there.  There is a new button “Connect to Team”.  I do that and get a generic error that has no search results.  The error is from a lucid.com website, so it is not coming from Jira.

Sorry!

Our servers experienced an error. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Any insight here?

Hi @Mike Prentice,

Thank you for posting in the Lucid community!

Could you try opening your document in a private or incognito window to help us narrow down the potential cause? Could you also try connecting to a different network or disconnecting from your VPN (if applicable)? Sometimes account performance issues can be related to internet security/speed or browser issues. These steps will help us eliminate that possibility. For help with opening an incognito window, please see this community post.

If those don’t resolve the problem, can you please send the following information so I can take a closer look?

  • A screenshot of the issue.

  • A screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue. You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).

Thanks in advance for your help and patience!

The Lucid Connector is not getting installed in Jira, I am at step one,t hat I cannot find specific details on how the admin sets up the lucid connector.

During the process the last step is the connect to team.  Here is the console.  the last two lines are all that occur when I click it.  The error message is above, that is all there is:

The lines above the last two are what happens when I click configure.  Those message show there is something wrong but no idea what or how to correct whatever it is.

There is no VPN.  This is a cloud instance of Jira.

Hi @Mike Prentice,

Thanks for following up. Can you confirm if you have both Jira and Lucid admin permissions to connect your team?
